The Municipal Library in Prague collects personal data for the purpose of demonstrating proper and effective use of the funds provided for the implementation of the project. The administrator of personal data is the Ministry of Culture. MKP keeps a copy of the documents for 10 years from the end of the project.
The project is concentrated on educating and developing human capital in the creative and cultural sectors. It supports managers and coworkers from various cultural institutions getting to know one another, builds reciprocal relationships, and facilitates the sharing of professional experiences across cultural lines.
By educating managers of cultural institutions as well as individuals working in culture, we intend to help them consistently and routinely improve their managerial, digital, financial and communication skills.
In case of questions about the project from the National Recovery Plan of the Ministry of Culture, please contact Mgr. Lukáš Dlabač (head of the personnel department), colleague Mgr. Svetlana Salontay (head of the education section) and Mgr. Zuzana Patrnčiaková (learning specialist).
